What is your design process?
Our design process begins with an in-person consultation to assess your space and discuss your vision. Afterward, we create a custom design proposal tailored to your style and needs. Upon your approval, plants and planters are thoughtfully sourced and prepared. Finally, we handle delivery, staging, installation, and provide a detailed plant care guide to ensure your plants thrive.
Can you help if I don’t live in Charlotte?
Yes! We offer virtual consultations for clients outside the Charlotte area, providing personalized advice and care recommendations for your plants.
Design and Services
How long does it take to design and install a plant project?
Timelines vary based on the scope of the project. Smaller installations can take 1-2 months, while larger or more complex designs may require several months to complete.
Can you incorporate seasonal displays into my design?

I already have plants. How can you help?

In fact, we encourage being brought in at the beginning of a project to ensure plants are thoughtfully integrated into the overall design from the start. This allows us to select greenery that perfectly complements the space, thrives in its environment, and aligns with your vision. How often do you visit for maintenance?
Our maintenance services are performed weekly to ensure your plants receive consistent care. Weekly visits allow us to monitor watering, adjust for changes in light or humidity, prune for optimal growth, and address any emerging issues like pests or disease. This proactive schedule keeps your plants healthy, vibrant, and thriving year-round.

We source plants and materials locally whenever possible, select species that thrive in their environments to reduce waste, and offer maintenance services to ensure long-term plant health. Additionally, we rehabilitate plants for our clients and run a plant recycling program, where unwanted plants or those no longer meeting the needs of a space are rehomed into the community through workshops and educational initiatives.
What is Planted’s Plant Recycling program? How can my organization get involved?
Planted’s Plant Recycling Program repurposes healthy, retired plants by donating them to organizations in need, paired with a free plant care class. It promotes sustainability, reduces waste, and brings greenery to underserved spaces.
